tip for the phase 3 boss fight: just run one square away from him and you'll be safe to range for one hit before he teleports you again but just keep repeating that.

Beat Glough on first try with this video. Had similar stats but a little better range gear. Only used 99 crystal bow charges to do the entire 3 phases. Literally killed him while at 1 hp as my prayer ran out for 1 teleport attack and right before that I was panic dragging food instead of eating.

Good tips. Helped me through it. I probs needed an extra prayer pot as I was praying Eagle Eye also, so I had 4 prayer left in the end. I started the fight with 480 charges in my crystal bow and used a little over 70. Also I completely forgot to bring escape teles so thankfully I didn't need them.

was struggling bad on medium level ironman. What got me the kill is when i used a yew longbow to safespot the first phases, and then MSB on rapid (near melee range) for the final phase + ring of recoil (bring 2 total). after he teleports you into melee range, fire a msb shot first. then take a step back, then fire a second shot before he teleports you again. if you are getting owned, instead fire 1 shot, and take a step back and eat (eating = no second shot)

Got it first attempt, thank you! I think my strategy was falling apart as I was way closer at the end than I wanted but I was able to just eat it and get the last few hits in with stats only slightly higher than yours.

He just hits me 20 every single time i teleport on phase 3, so i have to eat every single time. what am i doing wrong? im praying protect magic + eagle eye i always just run out of food before i can kill, even with a blowpipe. i have no idea how you finished that fight with half an inv of food leftover

make sure to put your cb on long range or it wont let you safe spot on the 2nd phase

If you use the crystal bow and put your attack style on long range and have auto retaliate on you can stand in the safe spot click the boss and then when he does the pull click back to the safe spot you will get off 2 attacks for ever pull. On the pull just spam click the safe spot, not before not after and your auto retaliate will pop another attack before you run to safety.

If you click back too early he will do a ranged attack instead of baiting out the magic pull, if you don’t spam click during and after the pull you will get caught in the pull loop.

You can flinch him from your safespot with magic longbow, click Glough, wait for bow to fire arrow, then run quickly back, wait for HP bar to vanish, repeat.

Did it first try with this guide. I used rune crossbow and ruby (e). One suggestion is to mix in some karabwans because you can eat food and karamb one tick apart.
