It’d mean “I pissed”. “Meón” would mean “person who pisses a lot”, or translated literally, “pissy.” And “meando” means “pissing”, in the sense of a continuous action, as in, someone is currently pissing. The word you’re searching for would be “meados”. I know it sounds weird, because it’s in plural, but that’s the most apt informal term.
