Great video. As a beginner I would also recommend taking small notes of every match that you play. This way you will realize why you lost or won a game. When you play the same kind of deck later you know what you can expect and how to counter it. It's also a nice way to see how your skills are progressing over time.

Diggin the Risk of Rain soundtrack :D. Also, nice guide, I may have to watch this a few times to absorb it all, but its presented very nicely. Thanks!

This is an AWESOME video. I’m pretty new to TCGs and I love one piece and trying to learn more about OPTCG so this opened my eyes to so many things! Hope to see more videos like this :)

Thank you, this is really what i needed. It helps me to understand the basic fundamentals, how decks and also deck building works. I honestly just played on the sim some budget and meta decks. Playing them made me learn the game and also understand what the decks are trying to accomplish but i never undersatnd why some decks have blockers and how many and also how many 2k Counter creature are to many or to less. Really thank you, hope this knowledge will help on my preRealese.

If you have a video on the fundamentals of one piece, would appreciate a link in the description, trying to get into it after the pathetic yugioh banlist but the one short tutorial I found was full of specific terms and overall too complicated for me to follow

As a new guy into One Piece, this is still all Rocketscience for me. But this great video, will certainly help me out. Still undediced what deck I want to try out first.. Either Black or Red? What you guys think as first try.. Black or Red?
@MonkeyFightTCG8 күн бұрын
Red does a bit better next set and is easier to learn. But black is very strong right now and has more options for removal. Red right now you can play whitebeard and later on shanks. Black right now you can play rob lucci or gecko moria.

Great video but where do I learn the “specifics of your deck” that you’re talking about? where do I find these resources as a new reiki player for example?
@MonkeyFightTCG8 күн бұрын
You can check out a channel like egman events, you can look around for specific deck guides on youtube, or you can meet and play with people IRL.

Is there any way to play the card game online, like through an app similar to the one you're playing in the background?

Just the app I'm using. You can find it through the one piece tcg discord
