Great information, great research, but I can't stand the AI vocals, which are cold, inhuman, and disconcertingly obvious. Is it really that much cheaper to have AI do the reading? I'm truly curious.

It's much cheaper than hiring a professional reader. Take this video as an example: the video length is 1h30', if I hire a reader it will cost about $800-1000 or more, but I use AI it only costs about $4. The channel's current revenue is not enough for me to pay such a large amount of money. I do these channels to build a foundation, after having a large source of revenue, I will invest in better quality videos, from animation to voice.
