Something worth noting about the round 1 matchup: If you counter their Balustrade Spy, they're free to try again on a later turn. If you let them mill their entire deck, you can just counter the Dread Return so they don't win, and they'll die on their next draw step.

the first deck is the pauper version of oops all spells. But in pauper you have to play at least 1 land. most popular is the 1 land spy

Generally yeah, the old version of spy lists used to kill by looping spy through a 4 card combo (you usually don't see this version online, lots of clicks). You won't know which version until they resolve a spy, which is fine. Almost always let the spy resolve and then interact with their loop or the dread return.
