The first couple of weeks we just had to grin and bear it through all of the new players put the past week or so the play is beginning much better and we've had some epic games on our server too.

Man i've been watching a lot of your content, I have tons of hours in Squad but I'm pretty new to HLL. I'm used to being Squad Leader and now I'm learning the rol of Official. Been learning a lot from you, excelent content. I think I've won my last 5 (public obviously) matches, I even went as commander once and won. Thanks to you!

Nice thing about that server is that it’s lvl 50+ so you don’t have SL’s with no mics usually

New player here! I have to agree that there wasn't much communication after the free period, in which I've also joined the game. But slowly it's getting better. I can only speak for the German speaking servers though, but the communication has been great in the last couple of matches.

i always do this...i try to build garrisons where we need poeple or BB . when im commander i also destroy garrisosns outside the combat.

The quality of Squad Leads and Commanders has dropped significantly because of the free weekends. Almost unplayable without a decent Squad and just frustrating loosing for the dumbest reasons.

The caliber of HLL’s player base has gone to shit over the last 2 years. 2020-2022 was peak HLL. It’s a shame too because the game is awesome when you have a team that communicates & coordinates.

Sweeet, I Myself reinstalled the game this weekend. (5 months off) Took me a while to get back into it after going hard in BF. But my VET skills kicked in, had a SL 65 kill, #1 Attack Squad my second game in. It felt awesome. So much chatter in the squad and Commander. THATS what ol HLL was like. and they FINALLY fixed the fkn ADS Loading. about dam time!!! ALso game feels more laggy, might have to bump down my graphics. worked fine before i took my break.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix coms . Ive tried restinalling the game and reconnection of the voip setting. Resetting my wireless settings. Tried wired as well. My mic works fine. i can hear everyone. They just dont hear me. It's been almost a year now, and I've just given up on the game.

I had the same problem and had to download a new update for my headset on my laptop to fix it and I ended up just getting a wired headset I could plug in, that worked fine

Half expected this video to be clickbait to a black screen for a hour. Because we all know coordination doesn't happen in HLL. Unless you're lucky enough to find a KZbinrs discord community AND work a schedule that allows you to join events at the right times.

I understand the thought about being free and having lots of noobs but I wouldn’t have ever played it if it wasn’t on game pass. I play almost daily and it is the one of 3 or 4 games that I play consistently. It is annoying to try and teach noobs but if they start to learn the logistics a bit for their preferred class they will enjoy the game and become a reliable teammate eventually.
