So how great is Monogram? I have it and when they break they suck, you can’t get parts to repair. My 10 year old Monogram convection wall oven no longer has a replacement touch screen. Are you kidding me. I paid a ton of money for useless crap. I also have their induction cooktop that only 3 of the 5 surface areas work. My advantium oven speed cook and halogen cook no longer work. I’m sure you may not believe me but I have a ZET1R3MSS.... go on their web site and look for part number WB27T11000. NLA no longer available.... don’t waste your money on products that are built for planned obsolescence. Let see how fast GE response to this comment.
