The list of the 10 General Physical Skills is seen in CrossFit affiliates and strength & conditioning facilities across the world. The 10 general physical skills are cardiovascular respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
In this video, I explain how these 10 aspects of fitness can be used as an assessment of your personal physical fitness, as well as a good way to determine how to focus your efforts in the gym.
