you can tell the expert level when he takes his times on perfect mobility technique and squats 10kg as if he was doing 200. The strap advice was the cherry on top!

Thank you for an awesome video! I would love to see a video on the warmup before a competition. When to start warming up? How many lifts to take? Everybody has an opinion on this but I would love to hear Oleksiy's approach especially because most of the time it's explained in a couple minutes and it's not very in-depth.

Excellent description of proper bar position for clean or front squat and mobility exercises needed. This tight Powerlifter is going to attempt increasing mobility to add some front squats and powercleans with push press. Liked The point to use ur hand and dont short cut other methods of holding the bar. Using straps should help.
