I have this in black and I prefer using foaming soap than the gel soap. Yes if you want to use gel soap it's best to put 3oz soap and 9oz water and mix it in a separate container before pouring in the dispenser.

Great product and love it- the adhesive works really well, the only problem is is I find it dispenses soap on its own, false activations, I thought it had a sensor to stop that. Opened my bathroom door to see the dispenser buzzing constantly and wasting the soap

While it’s off if you press the power button three times then it dispenses everything that’s inside the machine. Maybe somehow that feature got activated.

How do you charge? And does the display let you know when to charge it or does it just stop working

They have a cord to charge, easy plug-in when ready. It probably does tell you, but I usually just wait till it doesn't work and plug it in. it works for awhile though.

Ahh water, thanks. Wife bought and set it up, ran out of soap and I put all soap no water.. no work 😂
