i eat more than most, i am basically always hungry because i have to stay slim for my job, the last time i was full i had 4k calories and i felt rough af for hours, most people can probably eat about 2k before feeling really full this guy can do 20k plus, its crazy.

I have been watching Joel for a long time and I am always amazed how much he can eat and stay in good shape. I was a bodybuilder for many years and all I remember was being hungry and dieting, made a big mistake in life should have been a professional eater and happy.
