This monster truck game runs pretty much perfect / smooth as butter on my Windows 10 PC via the Dolphin emulator (see the description for my settings/specs). It is actually a really fun game too, from what little I played of it (I used the Wiimote + nunchuck setup). I did a video of this game way back on Dolphin 4.0.1 (Nov. 2013) and the game ran SUPER choppy on my rig back then (see the video here, if you'd like: kzbin.info/www/bejne/e2O8kmxunb6nbpo).
