Awesome catches buddy!! I went to a local private pond that my bus driver 30 years ago owns and one of my Nabor buddies went with me and we definitely put the hammering on the bass for sure!!! We caught over a hundred bass in less than two hours!!! It was definitely a blast!!! We definitely need to pull out a bunch of bass because they get stunted and can’t get any bigger but they are still 2 and 3 lbser!!! Last year I took home 40 some bass out of that same pond and had a big fish fry for a bunch of friends!!! I don’t understand why so many people won’t keep a bass and eat them??? It seems as if someone hears that you kept some bass to eat they seem to think it’s the end of the world or something!!! You definitely have to help keep a good population and not a over grown population!!!! Awesome video once again Trapper J!!

I eat bass at least once a year before the water gets to warm. Bass tournaments kill more bass than people eating them anyday

lol, im all about eating bass... but there is noway in hell its the best tasting fish hands down. lol I'll put Walleye,Suageye,Perch,Crappie and bluegill over bass anyday. But their not bad fresh. Good catch J!

I'm on a 70 acre private lake that doesn't get fished enough and all our bass are stunted. I haven't caught anything over 2.5lbs in the 24 years I've lived here.

The other day i watched 4 guys launch from the boat ramp and go flying to the other side of the lake. Meanwhile, i was sitting 30 yards away from the boat ramp hammering the fish. Half the guys drive right over all the fish. They're hiding in plain sight!
