Mixed for me, sometimes it does, but when using the Legiana Bow, it's not a guaranteed things, I use a Legiana as my go to counter for Boltreaver Astalos

It's a multiplayer quest, the speed setting is set to 2 by default and cannot be changed

@@kaproskarleto5136 it only means its enraged if it's a main story fight. if it's red in postgame (which is when you can fight Boltreaver + many more Deviants and Elders), then that means it's a high rank version
