Velkhana is the only monster to not get smacked in a turf war against Nergigante. Though we all know who would a prolonged battle.

I loved Arch tempered Nerg . Everytime he roars he gets a speed/ Attack boost made the fight much more heart racing back in base world

Nergi wrecked me for the first 2 times until I figured out his patterns

Small tip DG double attacks don't happen with rider skills or monster AOE skills it has to be a rider normal attack + any monstie skill that isn't hit everyone

DG sure has come far in this game multiple monsters on his team plus love seeing them critical hits.Nergigante sure is a strong wall in the story tho

Zam is actually a pretty viable monstie, with right genes he can become a tech king. That is until he gets overthrown in the endgame

Deergamer a better technical monstie is Mizutsune, Astalos, and Shourded nerscylla

Astalos in particular is really handy in this fight, since Nergigante is vulnerable to Thunder damage. That's why my two main go-to Monsties for the Nergigante fight were my Zinogre & Astalos. I actually won on my first try (no thanks to Cheval & Rathi being dumb, they nearly cost me the fight by dying once each, while on my own side Astalos only died once because Nergi got a lucky crit one-shot on him).

Pro tip Dg you should give your monster more gene 🧬 types so they can counter what they weak too. So you don’t have to switch out all the time.

I beat this monster easy,it was not a hard fight,I beat him with a teddy bear.
