i disagree . the defendant is a elderly woman and the judge knows damn well that people of her generation consider cheating as a form of being promiscuous . and the elderly defendant has a right to her opinion regarding what is best for her granddaughter . JM was changing the definition of true slander and this defendant did not rise to the level of slander at all . @wuncieadams13522 жыл бұрын
I doubt she abused people in her classroom during her career. All Black children hate Black teachers. Black teachers are cursed and disrespected by Black children The parents teach their children to disrespect Black teachers. The reason for that is envy and jealousy and self-hatred. The parents hate that their children are taught by Black teachers and prefer white teachers for their children. For that reason there are fewer and fewer Black teachers in the classroom. White teachers do not teach Black children which is why we have so many Black children who cannot read or write or perform well in science and math. There are fewer and fewer children who are proficient in STEM courses because no one is teaching them. Most children attend charter schools which are designed to enrich the private companies who own them. That being the case, there is no mission to educate our children. In fact the whole reason charter schools were created was to stop the education of Black children and enrich the coffers of the dominant already wealthy white society. Black kids are getting less and less proficient in all disciplines because that is what both Black people and white people want. Black mothers spend their time having children out of wedlock and getting extensions and weaves for themselves and their daughters and telling about their lives on KZbin. OK, OK, I’m getting down from my soap box. IJS

This case here is some straight BS!!! No way should the girl have won this case. The child’s other grandmother called and asked for her OPINION!!! That’s what she gave her. Her OPINION of this CRAZY ass chick.

For an educator, the defendant doesn't seem to be able to distinguish between fact and opinion.

I disagree with the judge on this. Promiscuity is subjective. That old lady is old fashioned. Two timing someone, to her, is promiscuous.

Judge Mathis: have you guys ever had a good relationship or were on good terms Plaintiff: The only time we were on good terms was when I wasn’t with her son ….😬🥴 That’s a NO

Joanna ,gained that respect throughout the case . The way that she spoke and held herself shows the true person . You are an amazing person to young people. Keep your head up. I love you .

Cos they don't know it's a "commercial." You can see the same thing on other shows too like People's Court where the judge asks the litigants to explain things - not cos she doesn't know but for the viewers' benefit. Some litigants don't know they're on a TV show and this is part of it. Yeah I cringed too.
