Do you know why he left the band? I saw MM 99' at the Nürburgring, 11' in Erlangen, 2 years ago in Dresden before our 1st lockdown in Bavaria and I just ordered 2 tickets for the Erlangen show come this June. Rock On!

@@fluffyusa He said in a podcast interview that he didn’t like playing the same 6/7 hit songs for each show. He described it as being a part of a machine and wanted Dave to pull out more deep cuts. He told Dave in 2011 a couple days before they left to do shows in Europe that he was quitting.

My buddy came over after school once to chill and he was talking about the new Queens Of The Stone Age record which honestly isn't that bad? I told him because Dave Wyndorf is light years ahead of Josh Homme and any Monster Magnet would simply crush anything QOTSA, 1 album later? He's now a believer! Above all.
