Chip, I noticed you always roll em over to put em into tonic state, before grabbing their fins. I've been told that some sharks are immune to that. So, just a couple questions: 1. Is that true? If so, what species of shark ARE immune to that? 2. Is the Bull Shark the most aggressive you've ever caught/handled??? Are they the most aggressive, PERIOD??? Even moreso than Great White's??? Thanks for all the awesome footage!!!!

Good questions. Hammerheads wont fall into that tonic state, everything else seems to. Bull sharks are pretty mean, but they're smaller. They dont get over 9ft. I'm not so sure they're the most aggressive, but they do have a habit of attacking lots of fish while I'm bring them in. They run neck and neck with the Tiger, and the Great White is a whole other animal. I wouldnt handle a bull like I do a tiger, the tigers fight ther heart out and are exhausted while a bull is too quick to mess with.

how far offshore do you catch these sharks? I just started kayak fishing and I would prefer to steer clear of these brutes!

@reidskatehhi They're in pretty close. Never more than a mile or two off the beach.
