I started following you years ago for the deer stuff, but with all the fishing stuff you do, I've actually gotten back into fishing as well, with my little girls. This weekend, I took what I had learned from your videos and filleted some bass from our farm pond (including removing the pin bones), breaded, and fried them in peanut oil. Everybody loved them, including my wife and her friend who was here for the weekend! From up in Indiana, thank you again for what you do!

Robert, I love your fillet knife. I have the crown 8 inch and it is strong enough to cut through the scales of gar. And the D2 steel is still sharp after to clean snakehead, crappie, bass or catfish without any problem. And I found some Everglades seasoning in publix and my family loves it. Really good recipe for mackerel Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh sliced tomatoes, fresh chopped garlic. Lay the mackerel in the grill, pour on some of the sauce and lay the tomato on top. Best way I’ve had it.

Natho Smatho That probably wouldn't work due to the fact that there is a season for everything. (i.e., crab season, hog season, duck season, etc., etc.) The videos would be too spaced out, take months to create, etc., etc. Good idea, though... It's just not logically feasible, unfortunately.
