So sick!! Glad to see that Alley Cats are evolving into the future while maintaining the beauty of the traditional sport

The riding track bikes in the streets thing is NYC. SF and DC will tell u that. Nelson vails and those guys were riding them in 82'.

Popularity of this will be it's demise. Bring the tourists and it loses its charm

Imagine being an adult and choosing to recklessly endanger the lives of innocent bystanders in exchange for imaginary 'street cred' from other ill-adjusted anti-social freaks.

With the number of near-misses on pedestrians from this one jackass rider who recorded this (including one elderly lady in a crosswalk who got passed close on both sides and one other woman in a crosswalk who was about two inches from having her feet run over), I wonder how many other near-misses (or actual collisions) happened in this one race that we didn't even see. Any of those could be fatal - it's easy to get brain damage from simply falling over, to say nothing of the force of an impact at the speeds y'all are going. Fuck all of you inconsiderate pricks for doing this. You're no better than drivers who endanger the lives of cyclists by driving recklessly.

Well yeah, that's a correct description. But it's beautiful and romantic at the same time.

Driving a car? Cause cars are responsible for exponentially more deaths

I used to be a messenger in my late teens and 20s. I watch this as a 45 yr old like "those dudes are reckless assholes" I was one of those dudes
