Love this game, while I do feel games like Wreckfest have since elevated the monster truck racing to a completely new level, this game's monster truck racing is still super great and always fun to return to, great video :)

@@walruswilson If you go thru the game files you can hear the isolated sample and it's a bit more clear that they're actually saying "Hey you kids get off my lawn!"

wooo!!!!! is this scaled to1080P? i wonder if anyone has gotten the online portion working.... cuz id love to get this running along with my racing wheel..

Yeah it runs in native 1080p(maximum my monitor can handle) and i play with the Xbox360 controller. Unfortunatly you can not change much with the controls, but the Controller worked right out of the box. So i guess its worth a try to check your wheel :)

Why did you not turn around in the Graveyard race? You lost a whole lot of time doing a non-counting lap without passing marker 4, which dropped you back to 8th

I didn't noticed that i missed a marker until the next lap. And there was no motivation to restart the race 😄

How did you get this game to work on Windows 10??

I used a Community Patch. You find the files and the install instructions under this link www.mtm2.com/MTM2/Utilities/CommPatch/info/mtm2commpatches.html Its a bit tricky to get 100% perfect..

i hate those modern patches, they take out the cockpit view wich i love, i have to play the game in 640x480

There are a some steps to follow: Put the game CD, or image, in your drive and copy everything to a fresh on your hard drive(name or location dont matter) Go to www.mtm2.com/MTM2/Utilities/CommPatch/info/mtm2commpatches.html And download the Community Patch. Extract the files to your Monster Truck directory and overwrite if you are asked. Start the game with monster.exe There are some usefull tips on the page as well, because the game tries everything not to run properly ;) I hope this helps you. ✌️
