Monstera Cobra - How to Propagate Her

Wow!!! I was not looking for this plant since I never knew it existed. I was shopping at Home Depot and I saw this plant and fell in love with it. I now have another monstera in my collection. She is variegated just like the Thai constellation. I propagated her so quick in soil. But then I decided that I wanted to propagate her in LECA. I show you how I did this and the care process.
