I think a housing crash will happen because all those people who bought homes over asking price, although it was at a low interest rate, they are over their heads. They have no equity if the housing prices continue to go down, and if for whatever reason they cannot afford the house anymore and it goes into foreclosure because even if they try to sell, they will not make any money. I think this will happen to a lot of people especially with the massive layoff predicted for the future and the cost of living rising at a high speed.

@@onlee1onlee1 That's simulating reinforced concrete - it's a real thing, most houses use that. Although in real life for a house like this it would be cheaper, quicker and better to cast it off-site in factories instead of building formwork and pouring it vertically.

I feel like this is the best way to present what you want your house to look like to an architect, and everyone who is going to be constructing your house. Its 10X better than blueprints, because you can actually see it in 3D form, you can really feel out the looks, and what it be like living there.

it helps with the visualization but a model like this will have no value in terms of measurements and thats where blueprints come in as they will actually let builders know how to build the house. not just the blueprints but the whole planning package. Either way this is super cool to watch because of how much attention to detail was placed in the video.

중학생 때부터 늘 건축가가 꿈이었는데, 선생님들은 친구들의 희망 직업은 다 멋있다고 해주면서도 저한테는 아무말도 안해주셨어요.. 그냥 건축학과는 그 위상이 많이 낮아졌다라고만 해주시궁... 고닥생이 된 지금도 모든 진로관련활동을 건축 관련되게 쓰고 있는데 이 영상을 보니 정말 건축가가 되고 싶음을 느끼네요! 심장이 두근거리는 것 같아요ㅎㅎ 앞으로 챙겨볼게요 너무 멋있으세요!!
