Shorten the length of the arms from the sway bar to the drop links that go down to the axle. Less leverage on the bar will prevent the smaller bar from flexing like it doesnt exist. Also, bigger diameter bar at the same time. Once you find the right combination of diameter and arm length youll achieve desired results. @@00000005547 it’s easier said than done. There’s more to controlling it than just commanding certain parameters at the same time. I could’ve built him this same set up in an hour, but I thought he wanted it done by someone who actually finished an engineering degree. They will always have to have a “fuse” somewhere in the driveline. The driveline is almost 3tard strong (when acceptable geometry is used). It could reach a point where the weak link (fuse) becomes the fluid coupling in the trans. Then you have to think about the hundreds of hard to control variables in the trans. Simple as temps, fluids, length of lines, so many things that can affect the functionality when trying to perfectly reproduce output. The answer is already out there. If youre multi engine you don’t use multiple trans configured this way. With tens of thousands of dollars it could probably be done satisfactorily through one off standalone control units, and one off software/hardware. It still wouldn’t perform as well/reliably as going the way we have known for decades already works though.

Look up the swaybar design on Rogator AG sprayers. They would weigh around the same loaded as this. Instead of a single large torsion rod they have four smaller rods in a square pattern. Been using this design for over 20 years so it must work pretty well.

You know it’s crazy to see how far you’ve come, from the Amish days and fields to a whole complex for yourself. You really did it brother. You went through the trials and trio on this channel. And why I have so much respect, you have not changed one bit. Materialistic shit means nothing to you and I see your message. Life isn’t just about the fancy cars and fancy clothes all that shit will be there. The memories you make making these videos is what matters. Much love brother ❤

Gotta admit, thought this thing was rediculous at first, but seeing you guys work through the battles of such a unique build has me hooked! Can’t wait to see where it goes from here! And yes I was a suspension hater. Glad to see if working now. Wonder if a company such as Branik motorsports in Indiana could machine you a custom sway bar.

This is honestly the first time I've seen him kinda upset about a truck and I don't blame him, this is an amazing piece of machinery designed here, dual engines and transmissions is a wild feat to achieve, and to see parts break on it including the engine and other major mechanical parts (that poor suspension) and he wasn't trying to destroy it for once, it just really sucks, but I'm sure they'll fix it.
@spartanx169x2 жыл бұрын

@ryanmaitland12302 жыл бұрын
It is truly awesome seeing how this channel has grown. The monster max build is iconic. Sema wouldn’t even know about how awesome this is. Whistlin’s moto…if it breaks, it won’t break again. Because he will overbuild it until it can’t break. Mark my words…soon enough monstermax will have 4 16 cylinder train engines moving a 140ton block of steel on 20 foot wide tracks.
