yes, the fish can move......but it is literally struggling to, the general handling of the fish was wrong and at 11:42 he actually is pushing thw fish against the plasic, and prolly scraping off its slime coat. not to mention he kept the fish out of water for longer than neccecary. When he was "chilling by the plant" He HaS nO wHeRe ElsE tO gO!!!!! the pebbles, witch dont make a good substrate for anything were prolly not even rinsed off, and all those contrasting colors would be very stressing to a fish used to a brown and green world. And that poor fish is more than half the length of that "aquarium" Id rather see that fish naturally be eaten in the wild than kept in this thing and suffer from amonia burns, lack of exersize, stress, dificcincy of benificial bactieria, and in general being treated like an object.
