Scar had to play Mew2King to determine who got 5th and 6th place and Hax and Darkrain played to determine who got 7th and 8th. So at any other tournament, Scar would be able to say he got 5th without question, but because the TO's of Genesis decided to run the bracket that way, there is debate as to what place Scar actually got.
