This album has some of the great songwriting chops of Malevolent Creation. The drummer does some very subtle things that add a new twist to the same rhythms that have been around for 30+ years.

The thing with Monstrosity is that they deliver some solid kick-ass Deathmetal with catchy riffs and nice tight drumming and great solo's. It never gets old. They don't want to be the fastest band in the world,and thats fine. Love this album.

Really excellent! Sounds great, very balanced through-out with catchy memorable songs. Awesome complete package honed to high finesse. Best album i've heard in a good while! There are those true and genuine, building on good foundations. Legends that stand tall the test of time. Monstrosity is one of those grand legends, amazing effort after 11 years! Posers, superficial copycats come and go, but true masters prevail!

Wow, I have been a big fan of Monstrosity for well over a decade now, and I was sad they were not producing anything anymore. And here I am, late in 2021, discovering that they released this MASSIVE album 3 years ago! That’s a masterpiece, their best release yet. Along with The Chasm, I consider this band to be one of the finest death metal bands ever. And they both don’t get near enough recognition out there.

There are alot of riffs on this album that take me back all the way back to In Dark Purity. Specifically the main riff in " The Proselygeist" reminds me of my favorite track off of In Dark Purity, "Perpetual War". And thats a very good thing.
