Suppose it is that they all hermit's Etho possibly wouldn't think Timmy before Mumbo with less contact they might do. Besides those events and this hunger games of limited life's there's no mergence or relativity to bring out through the daily friends. They possibly are just as good friend of each other, but less relativity for a test like that. There's also that Lizzy was first this time after they kind of forgotten her birthday, so fresh guilt from that. There are multiple of layers of that ice cake that got in the way.
