When is yamaha going to add string resonance to the CFX on montage, the cp series and even the ck has it; the Roland v-piano sounds so much livelier than the CFX

Please don't buy M6 & M7 by watching the demonstrations performed on M8x. M6 & M7 will never sound the same as they don't have Polyphonic Aftertouch. That was clearly a nonsensical decision by yamaha. Synth keys don't have PAT but only on a Hammer action. So stupid.

Not exactly sure why he left out some stuff but the faders can be changed to draw bars by reversing them. NO mention of any PAT/GEX upgrade for the M8x but probably not available. NO examples of the CFXII. IT was like Yamaha told Dom you got 11 minutes and that's it.

Gentlemen Yamaha programmers have you already corrected the bug that if I put a division point on a specific note, if I later use the transpose, the division point is moved to another note...?? In Roland Fantom it doesn't happen, where you put the division point there is is blocked

It's just such a shame that there's hardly ever any stock of the Montage M synths in any UK shops that sell Yamaha gear. Is this a conscious decision by Yamaha?

How so? I mean I like the montage M8x also, but fantom too has some great sounds specially after their EX upgrade, like ACB, Nzyme, and V piano.

Apart from paid sound upgrades, what has Roland offered in terms of enhanced/ improved/ evolved / workflow improvements? Not single thing in five years. It is utterly indefensible.

@@SunlightOfTheSpirit oh yeah there I agree, smart morph is definitely a way cooler feature. But I hear a lot of stepping in FMX SmartMorph, not in the ANX SmartMorph though. FMX is generally very steppy in the montage series.
