Add an iPad and Camelot Pro to a MODX6 and my ancient Casio CDP-100 sounds like a star. It's worth learning. I use the Casio as a weighted controller routed via Camelot and access all of the MODX sounds from a 15 year old keyboard. Organs and synths on top and splits where I need them. Some scenes have 4 splits(two per keyboard), its amazing. The real trick is to get the 2 keyboards mounted close together. An X stand and some 2x6 shaved to the right depth and the MODX6 is just above my 88 weighted controller.
