Thanks, just what I was looking for. I'm not even doing art, its for spray really small laser engraved areas (like 20mm x 10mm in size or thereabouts). I was looking for a very small precise nozzle to reduce overspray from hitting the edges of the acrylic. Going to give the montana water based 100ml cans a try as that range has a nearly perfect shade i'm after. Maybe not the most ideal due to longer dry time but we'll see.
@codefiveart3 жыл бұрын
Very cool! From the sounds of it, it might help to make sure you have low pressure cans and maybe even use some stencils to prevent overspray. Or if possible, painters tape to seal it off.
@codefiveart3 жыл бұрын
Either way, good luck!
@kennuimuffins24263 жыл бұрын
Thanks, about to pull the trigger on 3 cans. Going with water based 100 series which are low pressure and cheaper (being smaller cans). Picking up montana level 1 caps and needle caps as well to try out. The acrylic has a mask already applied so once it's laser engraved, it effectively has a stencil already - very convenient.

I love the Level1 cap for fine lines and the grey skinny cap for details on portraits since its a little more fuzzy and softer then the the level 1 :) The comparison lets you see this difference
