That was a lot of hard work, but it turned out beautifully. It's amazing how clean the pressure washer gets the wood! Can you use the stain without the tint, just for a natural look? Boy is it ever true, all things are possible with Christ!

You have to use the tint in the stain. This clear produce without tint, and every other brand of clear without tint does not really work, the logs will darken if you don’t put tint in.

Elvie, Let me tell you about an old 63 Ford T Bird that my parents owned when I was a child. It was wore out, so my parents asked our little church to anoint that oil car with olive oil, lay hands on it and pray that it would last until my parents could afford another car. In 1971 my parents bought a new VW Bug. The Bug cost $3K new and the dealership gave my parents a trade in value for $1,500 for that worn out T Bird. The very next day the dealership called my mom to ask her how to start that old Ford. My mom told them to pump the gas pedal twice and turn the key and it would start every time. That dealership couldn’t get that car to start and had to put a new engine in it. EL, that’s the power of prayer.

How can someone live without water? When we bought our land, I told the Lord that it had to have a well, power to the property line and on a school bus route so that the county road would be plowed Monday through Friday. In Washington state if your land doesn’t have an existing well, then you can’t drill for one. Yeah, it’s a dumb law. The Lord heard our prayers and our hearts. We bought our land in 2017 and bought it for the price that the previous owner paid for it in 2002. The good Lord blessed us with a gorgeous property. Had I of known about Meadowlark before building our house, we would have had y’all build our house instead.

You can Google and purchase BugJuice from the manufacturer. Meadowlark Log Homes carries the product and we also do custom stain and finish. It kills spiders when they sit on the stain. It also kills many other bugs. The outside of my house has many bugs and insects lying on the ground. This last year it killed tens of thousands of insects and prevents them from coming into the house. We don’t have flies or any bugs in our house and few spiders.
