Elvie, I looked for you when we were in Libby on 5/25-27. We found a nice 3 acre parcel but my wife would have to take a $1,400 pay cut for doing the same work at the hospital in Libby that she gets paid in Wenatchee, WA, so we’re weighing everything to see if we can make it financially

I think a “Proud” front of a home makes it look more Grand.

It’s too bad that y’all don’t have a 38’ X 42’ MT Rancher up for bid . It would be cheaper for us to buy it from the auction. I don’t know if we can afford y’all’s prices. The Pavilion would be the way to go and add siding and a garage door would be a cheaper alternative to buying a garage. Yes I’m frugal and try to find ways to save money without compromising quality.

I was thinking that if someone bought 2 of the Log Cabin’s at auction, would it be possible to join the 2 cabins in the shape of a “T” or a “L” to make One Large Log Cabin with some modifications? If so that would be a great way to buy a cheap Large Log Home.

Elvie ....I looked into a log cabin in Ireland. With all the crazy laws with the government giving illegals FREE homes....Irish people are being refused planning permission to build log cabins now in Ireland. It's crazy.

We want our MY Rancher to be 38X42. That will be just shy of 1,600 sq ft
