This is the machine that started my collection of over 160 machines back in the early 1980's. I do not have it anymore, but went to a good home to enjoy like i did. Thanks for sharing your Monte Carlo is so nice!

After seeing you had my favorite pinball machine I used to play at our local pizza place, Black Knight, I started looking up all of my other favorite pinball machines: Cyclone (local arcade), Funhouse (college dorm), and Monte Carlo (family friend). Somehow, you have them all. I'm so jealous!

What magic just happened at 3:02?! That ball was going down the outlane and it just bounced back out?!

It happens sometimes in Pinball. If the ball gets some major speed when going down the left drain lane it can bounce out of the outhole area and back onto the playfield. My Bally Xenon Pinall Machines does this quite a bit.

Doug; I have a 1973 Bally and there are scratches on the yellow apron. Have you ever found a paint match for that color yellow?

I find that the colors on Pinball are always very hard to match. Either because the colors that were used was not just your standard basic colors or the colors have faded over the years. So due to this I usually do not find paint colors that match. I usually have to mix a lot of different colors of paints in order to get a shade that's close enough but even with that it's never a perfect match for touch ups. Now if it's a complete Apron restoration this is something that would have to be spayed. In that case I would just look for a better condition Apron somewhere or if that does not work then I would just find a spray paint that would come the closest to the actual color. The proper way to get the exact color is to get paint mixed and then use an air sprayer. I have only restored one apron so far which was for my Future Spa and for that I used a spray cans paint that worked fine.
