Great show today Ryan. Very upbeat and positive. Giving praise to successful players and coaches. Lots of wide coverage. Use this show as a model in general. It was good. Saw Montee in person and of course tv. Son’s watched him in the Rose Bowl. He ate up touchdowns like a toddler eats up fistfuls of cheerios at snack time.

Gard was willing to adjust this year. Something that Longo never understood. Gard has a nack for developing players. Needs to do a better job of recruiting I hate to lose Wisconsin guys to out of state schools.

Absolute Truth. Insane how Jamar Fletcher isn’t in the Hall of Fame. I mean that dude has Big Ten “Records”. A fun fact: Only played one full season of college ball. STL is the reason that program has any national relevance imo.

I've noticed that they tend to greatly highlight certain players, and rightfully so... Just that those players didn't win anything significant. Much respect to leonard and Thomas but to me, greatness means elevating those around you. Between Terrell, Jamar, and Wendell, that's 3 Rose bowl victories. In addition to obtaining Major awards and recognition.

8 more years? GG will also have the worst win % in the history of CBB in the tourney. He's 6-5 in the tournament. If you take away his half season & the next season with Bo's guys, so the past 7 years. He's 2-4. 2-4 in the tourney the past 7 years. If you add in the fact that he missed the tourney twice. That should really be another 2 losses bc it's worse that a 1st rd loss. So 0-2 should be added. So I'm giving him 2-6 the past 7 years. I did not count the covid year. That's abysmally bad. March is all that matters. 30-2 with a 1st rd loss is worse that 20-12 and an Elite 8. Except for Kendrick & Canonelle, everybody agrees with this.

Who agrees with you. Don't give Gard credit for recruiting and coaching under Bo. I think Bo would beg to differ with the anti- Gard whiners.

@JMFBizzle No, I say he missed the tournament, you know reality. And yeah that was a bad year. What do you say about winning 2 big ten titles after that. Conference games are the biggest part of the schedule.

The only thing I think he screwed up was thinking that 230 lbs men can toss around 320 lbs men. I think he learned his lesson. I don't blame him for the fact that our 300 lbs men also couldn't handle 320 lbs men. We will have an entirely new D-line this year and I do think it will be much better than last year.
