Great presentation as always. Incidentally ,if you go into the gift shop. I make the Laguna Seca Vintage Poster fir them. I was at the original Nov 1957 Pebble Beach Races at Laguna Seca. Our Boy Scout Troup 49, from Pacific Grove, directed traffic !

Thanks to Goodwood for bringing this live stream to us all. Not quite FOS or Revival but it’s a bucket list event for me. Told my son - next year for sure

For the first time that I know of, a car has managed to oil the entire track and not a word about it? Took approximately 560lbs of oil absorbent to make the track ready to run. Just a huge mess. A lot of people worked their butts off to clean all this up. Started laying down absorbent at 56:55 and last vehicle cleared the track at 1:29:09.

where were the turn marshals? Any hint of oil smoke should be black flagged for immediate turn off.

Footage did not pick up how windy it was…always some wind but in decades of attending this event I don’t recall such sustained wind (all day and all night…I camp at track).

I was just there. GREAT turn out, racing cars I've seen before (worth seeing again) and a few first ones.

why no completed laps, no time left, no laps to go......its hard to follow those races

Part of the Reunion philosophy is to de-emphasize finishing results and create a more relaxed environment. Though they have green and checkers, focus is not on winning or finishing positions. That said, some guys are willing to race harder than others, so you might see different levels of intensity.
