They make a seat post shock also. Ya need a rack or pack for the detector machine. You can park free farther away for free now. Very cool!

Were you riding in Monterey? I was stationed at Fort Ord, 1985-1988. Lived in Pacific Grove. I was trying to identify streets you were on, etc. but shit, that was literally 39 years ago. Can I ask the name of that park, the 1st park you ever detected? I’m trying to map this stuff, to see where it synced up to my place. Imagine living in Pacific grove, you 21-25. But you’re in the ****’g ARMY! Too young to realize what a beautiful place it is, and meanwhile Uncle Sam is kicking your ass. Worst time of my life.

battery is not 13 amp hour like the website claims. Pull the battery out and look on the white label on the side. It will clearly tell you that it is 11.6 amp hour 556.8 Watt hours. There is no way you are going to get 60 mi out of that thing unless you are in pedal assist 1, and using all your physical effort. In reality, using throttle at 20mph You're going to get 22 mi... That's 11 miles out, and 11 mi back on level ground. If you're going the full 28 mph constantly, You're going to get 16 miles.. we're still talking level ground, and no wind. That's 34 minutes of riding time.🤷 The math don't lie. 48vx11.6ah=556.8wh ÷25wh/mile (which is 20 mph) = ~22 miles. At 28 mph watt hours is 33... Thats 16 mi

Yeah they changed the sticker in the newer ones that just says the same amperage 11.6 but now the new sticker says" Max 13 ah". But if it's rated 11.6.... it's 🤷 I ended up just getting a 30 amp dual discharge balancer and a 20 ah triangle battery for the frame down tube. Now I have over 30 amp hours. I might even do a triple battery install soon.
