I would love a video about Montessori toys/activities you can make at home without having to buy much. As great as these toys are and as wonderful it is to watch Mia play with them and learn about them, the prices can add up!

I’ve been following your videos and watching everything and applying them to our baby. She’s 6 months and very advanced, her doctors (she has 4 because she had some medical problems) all tell us how smart and advanced she seems for such a young age. She’s already pulling herself up and trying to walk and is extremely smart. She’s eating solids now and is just a gem. I think it has to do with me following so many of your suggestions 😊 so thanks for introducing Montessori to me!

Hi Ashley, I love all your videos and I look forward to them every week. Your explanations on the Montessori approach is so easy to follow and understand! I am fascinated by how much Mia and Kylie are developing. They are super cute! 😍 I had a question about introducing these toys at 6-9 months. I have a 9 month old baby girl who loves putting everything in her mouth. I introduced the pop up toy and the wooden ring stacker toy to her but all she wants to do is suck on the sticks, the pole, or chew on the rings, and I am terrified that the pole will accidentally poke her in the eyes while she is exploring it even while I’m supervising her. Did you have those same concerns while Mia plays with the pole and wooden rings? I tried showing her how to play with the toys but she just wants to suck on the pieces (the eyes are already rubbed off the sticks on the pop up toy). How and when did you get Mia to focus on learning to play with them and do you allow her to have independent play while playing with these toys or are you always supervising them with these toys? TIA!

I love your channel so much! My baby is almost 8 months old, this video gives me so many ideas to not let him feel bored😅 I noticed you present only one single toy or one set of toys at a time. Usually how long do you let Mia play with it at a time? What would you do if she wasn't interested? How many toys do you let her play per day? How often do you rotate your toys? Thank you in advance!

There are buy/sell/trade Montessori material facebook groups you can join for your area for used toys. Also, you can thrift similar items or make things. I did some play with my daughter today of apples, bananas, oranges, in a basket. They're easy for her to handle but she can't actually eat them. Idk. I'm on a super low budget too.

I wanted suggest something it’s a bit random but I found incredibly helpful but I found the mental bars that end up on the floor with the bouncer ect my son was assessed with but he also kept almost hitting his head on it so I got two pool noodles cut down the middle and wrapped around it he loves touching it and feeling the texture but aswell it’s a lot softer and I’m not as worried about him hurting himself by hitting the metal and I’ve a small apartment so it’s easy for him to crawl to things
