Thank you for these videos!💐I do have a question. Could you do a video on navigating the Focus Groups side hustle you talked about recently. I need a side hustle and signed up for that but have had trouble navigating it. One of the links connected to it asked for my SS number and I didn't like that. Is that normal? I haven't been successful in using it yet.

Thanks for watching!! I love focus groups, but to be honest, I haven't used one for quite some time since I have been busy with other side hustles. What I would say is find a local one that you feel comfortable with, just search local focus groups near me, sometimes local ones are better.

Helocs are interest only loans so, $250. This is why it helps me pay off debt so quickly because the rest of my payment goes to principle.

@user-cb3df9wk3f This is a basically a second mortgage. So my house had equity so I bought at 399,000 but it now worth 450,000 so I took that extra and borrowed it from the bank which is called a heloc.
