What a perfect game for the tour! Maximum hockey! For a city with no horse in the race, I think this was the ideal game to draw people in. I hope Seattle gets its own team eventually!

23:49 A French-speaking Radio-Canada analyst told in a previous game the importance of putting the brakes near the goal instead of sliding. Here is the perfect example of what should have been the winning goal. Strangely enough, despite their vast experience, MPP and Stacey make this kind of costly mistake from time to time.

34:55 Poulin carried the puck into the zone, which she does very well, but after passing the puck to Barnes, why doesn't she head to the net instead of always coming back to the blue line? It's too slow and breaks the momentum. Poulin and Stacey should be one on each side of the net more often. They are strong and skilled players. The opposing team should almost necessarily designate two players to cover them. This would free up the other three Montreal players.

1:00:06 Poulin was penalised for a mild body check to give Boston a near the end game power play. At 1:00:45, an obvious holding against Poulin was not called. Another game in which Montreal was largely disadvantaged by the refereeing.
