Heinola fractured his ankle in the last pre-season game of this past season. He had made the NHL team. He wasn't back until the new year and was placed in the AHL to play into shape. He never regained his skating form and the Jets weren't in a position to insert him into a lineup battling for first place. Saying they mistreated him is untrue and unfair.

Necas for ?, not Guhle, Matheson, or Suzuki. Maybe they want some combo of Primeau, Struble and Roy. They have so many D who are up for raises and renewal. They need to get younger D not more expensive ones.

Give Winnpeg Barron, and or Pinard (never liked him,had a lucky fluke of a few months). Ya get rid of a 5ft 9 snall useless forward and hopefully Barron doesnt turn out to be what he was projected to be. I dont see the hype in either player. Take care, comb your hair.
