These signs are very cool! Im new to this and just made my first cut yesterday on my router. What do you use for router bits on your signs? I appreciate the videos showing how You make these signs! Great for me being new to this

Thanks. It's a variation of bits depending on the type of sign I'm cutting. However, in this case, I used a 1/16" endmill to cut out the layers from 1/4" MDF, and a 1/8" for the rest.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm going to order some more bits to try to make a sign like your acdc sign. What bits would recommend to together me started and what's your thought process on deciding what bit sizes to use? Thanks again

@@jessethomas2042as most will tell you, and you will soon learn, there is a lot of trial and error in the CNC game. What works for me, may not be what the next person suggests, so you sort of have to find your own groove. As far as bits, I have 30, 45, 60 and 90 degree V bits, 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 ball nose bits, and every size of flat endmill from 1/32" up to 1" surfacing bit.
