The guitar is more forward in the mix, which makes it clearer to hear, but I actually really love how Monuments always pushes the vocals to the front, even though the creative brain behind most of their music is such a crazy gifted guitarist. With the full release of In Stasis, Monuments IMO are one the greatest metalcore band ever. I never thought an album would top ERRA’s self-titled. Every riff is tasty as fuck, drums are always on pointl, and Andy’s vocals are amazing.
