I just got the You and Me album and I can't stop listening to this song! It's my favorite. Truly and seriously, this has got to be the most beautiful song I've ever heard and I'm old! (Well, if you consider 37 old). Clearly, Declan's creative talent extends beyond his voice. He's a genius songwriter, too. In fact, on the You and Me album, I like the original songs a lot better than the covers. I look forward to hearing more from this young man. Gosh, this song is just so powerful!

Thats great! I am not much younger than your dad but very young in spirit and I have always liked many kinds of music. In all my years I have not heard one like Declan. I am amazed that I have become such a fan in just a few weeks. He is one of a kind.

Get this ... even my 65 year-old finicky father loves him. Dad was just blown away when I showed him some of his videos! He said, and I quote Dad word-for-word, "WOW, WOW and WOW!!! I can't wait to hear hear what he sounds like when he's older!" This is coming from someone who hates everything. Dad hates Duran Duran. He can't stand Simon Le Bon's singing. He is like Mikey, he hates everything!!! But Dad LOVES Declan. That says a whole lot!

I even like this more than the one in studio. Of course, the one in studio is clearer and more perfect but this is really stirring. He sang it in transports of feeling. That made him touch me and made me "feel" him.

I've heard lots of criticism coming from people saying he's not a good live singer and were sort of 'urgh'. His voice cracked, as any teenager's. What do people expect, an angel's voice at the age of 16? I compared this song to the recorded one and it's a very good performance, just like the others. He's a great singer. Whether you like his voice and style or not is a whole different thing. Put yourselves out there and check how many well-known singers sing with such passion and such quality

When Declan's manager finally decides he's ready for the States, I suggest FIRST booking at the Hult Center in Eugene, Oregon. That way, I can be there! I live a few hours South of there. Then a year later, book The Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon, and a year or two after that, who knows. Sky's the limit. Thank you, Declan. God bless!

Missing You is by John Waite, circa 1984, when I was in the eighth grade. Gosh, I'm getting old. I have the energy and mentality of an 18-year old though, so I guess the increased number of birthdays is merely a formality. HA! I remember slow dancing to Missing You with the paperboy, who had dark hair and blue eyes. He looked a little bit like Declan, except with very short hair and acne. LOL!!!

I can honestly say that Moody Blues is my favorite of all of Declan's songs. I like it even better than Tell Me Why, which probably comes in at number 3 behind Ego You. In the album, and especially this performance, the listener feels an emotional connection with the singer. It's as if Declan's emotions carry though the notes somehow. Good job, Declan. Sing and write more original material. Clearly, this is your forte!

oh, PinkTulips, this wasn´t meant that bad. Prob. you got me wrong: I just propose that this unique talent should strengthen his profile. I just found him recently by chance, I don´t know much about him. But I got quickly a notion of his outstand. talent. I think he should reach an superior position in music-business. But for this he has to change s. things (in my humble view). But he earns to be big, very big! Listen to the (inner) qualities of his voice - aaaaahhh!!!!

Don't know. Just what someone told me that Declan has a team of writers, producers, etc. as most singers do. But I wouldn't compare him to Hannah Montana. I do have the CD and the names of all the people who wrote the songs are on it.

His manager is smart to postpone a tour in the States until after Declan's voice has matured and also until he's mentally mature enough. The reason is, and I hate to say this because I live here, but Americans sometimes eat their young. I feel so sorry for these young stars whose personal lives are invaded by tabloid vultures, you know? It's so unfair. Declan needs to prepare for that sort of thing before coming here. But, like you, I can't wait either.

The lighting for this show is not the best, it has a bluish tinge and doesn't do justice to Declan's nice features, unfortunately. Neither is the camera angle shot the best...being from the same direction in all the songs and pointing upwards slightly. Just as well it's sweet Declan singing or I wouldn't care much.

it was pretty good, although, he can`t sing high notes as good as he could, and "Tell me why" sounds quite terrible with his new voice. Very sad. But I know that he`ll produce songs that he will be able to sing very good. ;)

Might you be referring to High School Musical? I agree. The first High School Musical was fantastic, but the glory ended there. When Disney got a hold of it, they commercialized it and made High School Musical II and all the variants into overdone, commercialized, poorly-written, poorly-choreographed versions of the original. Declan outshines all of that. My advice to him is ... stay far away from Disney!!! Stay true to who you are.

Declan, please listen to me: you were that strong in interpret. when you were a child. Now you sing with no message,no meaning. The hairstyle you have makes everyone who wears it boring and "not special", rather common. So why you wear such hair? Why don´t you look for a more meaningful selfrepresentation? The song is not good as well,you are too young for that and it seemingly bothers you not too much. You act. have such an unique talent, don´t throw it away f. mid-class-representation
