I sat down and was watching this today when my man walked into the room after a lovely bike ride, a fall breeze and it's the end of the season for the motorcycles.. he sits down and is happy. I'm a florist by trade, your home and decoration skills are great! I always like the darker reds, burgandy velvet ribbons at Christmas time for wreaths etc! The average red they have it to bright, almost orange! It is a little dark and moody, but I like dark and moody instead of bright shocking colors! We'll done!

75% of the year, I am a happy studio recluse hunched over my drafting table with graphite under my nails. But this time of year, I am basic and proud. The holidays represent the best parts of our species, and I'm not a people person at all. But this is when I take three months to show up for the world and to make it better. So, anyway, I live for this type of content. It's beautiful. Hope to see something like it again this year.

I actually work with upholstery fabric every day. You can purchase liquid stitch and it's actually washable and you are able to dry it as well. Liquid stitch is usable with clothing and all fabrics. Hope you're doing well. I am thinking of you during this holiday season. I lost my mother/best friend October 11 2021. My mother always said to think about the good times, good memories, and the love we shared when she was here. Merry Christmas to you and your beautiful family. Our 1864 Home is coming along slowly. So lovely and inspiring. I notice that you have pages in the mantle opening. What I did was get a measured piece of plywood and covered it with Anaglypta wallpaper, then painted it. Because the paper is embossed , it is easy to highlight with another colour. Mine looks like tiles, which is the effect that I wanted. It looks good and was easy and inexpensive to do. 😊
