People who turn their noses up at thrift store, garage sales, and the like are missing out. My goal has always to make sure my house wasn’t a target, home goods, or catalog home. I like unique authentic decor. I’ve seen Bluetooth speakers that look like vintage radios but found one at a garage sale and gutted it and stuck my own speaker into it. Looks amazing. Love to play 40’s jazz or swing music through it.

Love the upcycle idea for the Boo blocks!! They will look incredible. The "coat of arms" is a custum made family crest, my father had one made in Italy where the artist researches the historic symbols for your family...great find!!!!

Love all your finds !!! Would love to go shopping with you (if ever in GA/AL) been redoing my home lately after having major reno couple years ago now refining it all. Just painted whole exterior tricorn black and will be adding wood, copper and stone accents . I have a home/farm on 7 acers that was done as a European estate and they brought back things from Italy so we have huge 12ft walled front with iron gates and a walled in garden with trellis in front and trying to keep front like that but have a wood walled library been working on and a big room upstairs for my husband and got old theater seats too for that room and antique pipe stand and pipes on a bar . But get excited and have multiple rooms going on at once Lol . I love finding someone on KZbin that has my same ascetics .😊

Always enjoy your sharing....your taste in vintage, old, antique is like mine. There is a quality there not commonly found in other decor, and when you pair it, match it, put along side your other treasures....wha-la....wow...oh boy......you got it...I get it...I'm a happy girl!! those old things had a life of their "own once upon a time" now you found em' and gave em' a home to rest and be cared for. I always enjoy seeing what you come up with. We have very similar taste in decor. I have a gorgeous Victorian Queen Parlor chair in the same gorgeous green. I also have a similar typewriter but a bit "newer" as it has windows on either side. It works for a Santa's desk vignette where he writes his letters to kiddo's or where Bram Stoker sat down and typed Dracula. So versatile 😁

You could put a wood dowel at the top and bottom of the map and then add twine to hang it. Would look very "old school"- literally! Great finds- love the knight wood carving!

What I done with my Halloween greenery is I search dead branches in forest like this I can have different type of branches every year and I no need find a place for storage ... but it's also nice to have things you have every year for those who don't have lot of time. And your greenery are really nice by the way

Great finds and prices. I use battery operated tapered camdles some have a remote . They look real and dont deip wax or start a fite in childs room. Love your style. Great job.
