C-64 It's not really him it is a clone. Plus he got mixed up on the goo. So he couldn't bring out his true power. Goten and Trunks on their own have more power than Bio Broly. Since they are estimated to be on the same levels as Goku and Gohan (Mastered SSJ not SSJ2 which would be close to 900 million) at the Cell Games .
