That and their bodies can survive a serious amount of punishment. Frieza got bisected at the waist on Namek and was still alive and well afterwards. After that he took an angry kamehameha and then the explosion of Namek on top of that and he still survived. Cooler (movie-only character so take it with a pinch of salt) managed to survive as just a small portion of his face inside of the Big Gete Star, after he got blasted into the sun via his own supernova attack. King Cold is kind of the exception here, at least in the manga (which is the true canon material). He dies immediately when Trunks blasts him through the chest with that energy attack, though in the anime he lingers on a bit longer until Trunks delivers the final blow. Also, Mecha Frieza still appeared to be alive after getting vertically cut in two by Trunks as well, he was still making vocalized noises and such, and then of course when he got brought back in RoF, he was still alive despite being in pieces.

I truly think Frieza is such an iconic villain in the Dragon Ball Z universe was all the myth and hype that surrounded him . What he was doing on Namek was ridiculously amazing , he didn’t even stand from his chair and he already had like 4 dragon balls . As well his henchmen Zargon won a fight against vegeta once . All the frieza arc was amazing because every time we met someone crazy strong like the ginyu force members you still had in the back of your mind frieza is like 10x stronger than they are . Sincerely I loved the forms and the overall calmness and expertise of him during most of gokus fight . And just to be fair he lost only because of his ambition and not lack of talent . By far my fav in db!

To be fair, Freeza's 4th form shouldn't be any weaker than 3 million, as that was Goku's stated powerlevel and they went toe to toe. 2,4 million is actually Vegeta's power after his last Zenkai, as he was superior to the 3rd form, but still easily outclassed by the 4th. Freeza also said that he devised his transformations to contain his power, so he probably cannot power down below a certain threshold in his true (4th) form. As for his 2nd form, one mustn't forget that he powered up once while in this form before transforming to his 3rd, so his initial level was "over one million", but his maximum could even go up to say, 1,4 million or so. Only after that did Piccolo take off his weighted clothes to compensate and got the upper hand again.

I really appreciate the namek saga. To me, if i were there during the whole ordeal, it would be like a terrifying horror movie. You're stranded on an alien world with no way of escape. In Dragon Ball Super, Frieza first form is stronger than ssj3, also Gohan is far more weaker so his power level decreased a lot, and for Frieza's final form i think it's around slightly weaker than SSG.

Made my Freeza race Character for Xenoverse 2, named him Frosty, face is similar to that of Cooler’s final form. Rumored to be born in an alternate timeline where Beerus was killed, Frosty was chosen to take the mantle as a God of Destruction(which explains why my Freiza Race Character is seen wearing Beerus’s iconic outfit). Frosty is not like Frieza and Frieza’s family when it comes to being a Tyrant and does not fight for evil, but is still as skilled as a fighter as they are, even refusing to say no to worthy challengers he spots, even as a God of Destruction, and would even call Saiyans monkeys. Moveset is a mix of his race and his role as a God of Destruction, from the Iconic Death Beam to the Hakai(if it were to ever become a usable move in the game), can also transform into Golden Frosty in case he ever ran into someone with any power that can surpass even his power as a GoD. It's really weird. Super Saiyan Kakarot and 100% Final Form Frieza are almost equal (I say this only to have a Frieza form to compare with Super Saiyan, don't try to correct me). Then Kakarot gets Ascended Super Saiyan, Ultra Super Saiyan, Full Power Super Saiyan (I'm referring to the different grades of SSJ), Super Saiyan 2, Super Saiyan 3, Super Saiyan God, and then is at a good level with Super Saiyan Blue. Frieza, however, goes from Super Saiyan level to Super Saiyan Blue level with four months of training.

Why did they have to make Frost evil? It was a nice plot twist, but I feel like they made it up on the fly. It seems hard to believe that everything that he said was just an act. Sure, the part where he preached to the audience seemed a bit forced, but that fits the "good Frost" character just as well as the real Frost, and most other things he said before he beat Goku all seemed very genuine... Also, it's stereotyping the Frost Demon Race as evil, which is not true and plain racist.

Don't think you can really be racist against a fictional race, not unless that fictional race is basically meant to serve as an analogue for a real-life race/culture/religious group, in which case the racism is more directed at that real-life race. Anyhoo, Frost doesn't turn evil in the manga, there's no great revelation about him actually being an evil space tyrant who creates wars to then 'save' people from them. Rather, he just uses that needle trick because he doesn't see the problem with it, he doesn't think it's dishonourable or evil in any way.

martijn van weele Heroes and Xenoverse are non-canon, unfortunately. Still, I'd say they serve well enough as indicators that the Arcosians/Frost Demons are not all evil in canon. I've always felt that it was just Frieza and his family that were the evil ones, and considering their fame is so widespread across the universe, and because they're the only members of their species that pretty much anyone else in the universe sees, everyone assumes that people who look like Frieza and his family are evil tyrants.

Cooler wouldn’t have gotten as strong as Frieza because Frieza never trained and got so strong after training for just months to reach golden form which is almost on god level(power wise) and Cooler had to train his whole life to not even be on par with a super saiyan. Also, Cooler isn’t canon so there is no “if he was still alive” due to the fact that he doesn’t even exist in the real DBZ world.

Power levels tell you how strong a person is, an fist rule for you is that normal humans like you and me have a Power level of 5, now compare us to characters in the anime and you can estimate their true Power, so if lets say if an Alien came to earth with aproximetly a Power level of 1000, that would mean that this particular Alien is as strong as 200 human beings.
