This is so far the best video on the Labyrinth I've seen, and I'm only 7 minutes in.

Yes, yes, si, ja, да, hai, YES. Well done. I am using these seven patches as my first experiments, studying which knobs slightly alter the timbre, and which ones drastically change it. Thank you!

Please make sure your tray tables are stored and your seat is upright for take-off. As we prepare for flight, please enjoy a few tracks from our musical pilot. Loved this!

Nice tunes at the start without patching! I have this device but I've only just learned how to operate the sequencers. Thanks for the video!

beautiful, I especially enjoyed the last one. Seems to pair nicely with microcosm!

Dammit, Jeremy's going to make me need to buy another Moog semimodular huh? First the Subharmonicon and now the Labyrinth. Absolutely terrific tunes here dude. Particularly love Taxiing. This would make a lovely little EP.

Dude this was brilliant. The parts with the chroma stuff with distortion and reverb were just dilectable. Now I want a moog labyrinth. And a microcosm. And a capybara. Just to sit and stare at me while i make generative jams

I'll be chilling on the couch with the capy. Can I get yah a drink?

I can see why some might like it but it's just not needed in my setup. I already have 2 turing machines and a marbles, plus a wavefolder. The only 'mother series' device that is indispensable for me is the DFAM. I bought 2 just because it's that great. They take up loads of room in my rack but oh well.

I was pretty unconvinced with the generative capabilitie--I was especially turned off by all the aggressive marketing push from all the content creators (You couldn't avoid this thing). However, there were some great parts in this demo. the 'Taxing" part especially was great. I've had and ended up selling all the Moog semi's, and while they all produced great sounds, I realized that they weren't the best fit for my needs. any rate, Thanks for the worthwhile content and creativy.

Love this! May I ask how you had the digitakt set up with the labyrinth? I’ve tried straight midi to trs dongle and the labyrinth didn’t acknowledge any midi input? Also, the Labyrinth signal into digitakt seems to have the digitakt delay applied? I didn’t know that was possible with a monitored signal? Either way, Amazing to see some really well executed use cases for the labyrinth as fully fledged tracks.

Yeah, I think for what it does, there's other options out there with smaller footprints and reasonable price tags. I would consider this in a few years at the used market though.
@imlxh71262 ай бұрын
TBF it also has two oscillators, a wavefolder, a filter, etc. I'm curious how much a modular system with comparable parts would come to compared to this.

@@imlxh7126@imlxh7126 I'll say yes if it was half the size? haha. But hey, to each their own right?
@motaki792 ай бұрын
@@imlxh7126 There was the mutable instruments Anushri that had a built in arpegiator, sequencer and drum machine. it was 1vco/vcf/vca about the size of the elements. definitely not on the same level as the Labyrinth, but it was cool.
