Awww...none of us did, we all started at ground zero. Get a cheap poly synth, watch lots of youtube videos and learn chords and how to play. You can do it.

If you want to start learning to play, get a used Yamaha PSR/Casio. Many to choose, just make sure it has full size/minimum 49 keys & built in speakers. Lots of tutorials here to get you started 👍
